What happens if you can't confirm a site?

If we are unable to confirm a site, we will provide a 100% refund

How long does the process take to confirm a preceptor?

The process takes between 7 to 15 days. Granted, we are dealing with third party sites and anything can happen. We want to provide you some sort of timeline but the reality is, it can take two days or twenty, depending on the area and site. But generally, within 12 days.

What happens if my school rejects the preceptor?

It is rare for schools to reject our preceptors because we know what they want and don't want, but if it happens, we will leave it up to you. If you provide proof your school rejected the preceptor, we will either refund you 100% or find you a backup option.

What happens if I don't want the rotation anymore?

We will refund everything but your deposit if you back out of the rotation before the rotation begins. We will keep the deposit and pay the preceptor they held your spot and we have honored agreements with them. But the good news is, you have a preceptor and won't need to back out.
